Room was clean but hotel doesn’t have a nice area to gather or relax. Beds are comfortable and bathroom and shower are clean. Hotel is loud at night and staff was not overly welcoming nor accommodating.

Very nice hotel. Only issue we had was having to wait over 30 mins at check in for our room. Nobody notified us when it was finally ready. But other than I would 100% recommend the Westin again!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. The grounds were beautiful, and there was easy access to the waterway for a lovely stroll. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and a free trolley was available. The room location was slightly noisy, but they provided earplugs to help with this issue. One area for improvement would be updating the technology. There are only USB charging ports, and I have a USB-C port. I have an adapter, but I forgot to bring it with me. Overall, I had a wonderful time at this hotel and would definitely stay again. I highly recommend it!

Close to everything

Very relaxing stay. Went for a concert that unfortunately cancelled that evening, but the hotel was in walking distance from various places to dine and stores to shop.

The hotel was amazing! Very comfortable and extremely clean with cute bathroom accessories and loved the bottle of sleepy time, scent! The food was delicious and the outdoor infinity pool was fabulous! We will definitely be back!
