"Staff was polite and attentive. My mom's high blood pressure was a little high one night, and they asked about her everyt night, and insisted on checking her blood pressure again. The bar Wave, across the street, should improve the mechanism to make sure ONLY hotel guests are admitted as advertised. A couple of housekeeping ladies asked for tips, but the Front Desk gathered all the information to address the issue."

"Lovely hotel, staff are very polite, rooftop pool and bar are great. The club sandwich is very nice. The breakfast was great too - eggs, bacon, pastries, fresh fruit, juices, yogurt and granola. We managed to check in early too which was great. We just booked Ubers to the sightseeing spots as it was a lot cheaper than the hotel tours. Highly recommend the hotel"

"We loved our stay at the Miramar by Windsor Copacabana. The staff was incredible—attentive, helpful, and always with the best attitude. Something we really appreciated is that they don’t try to charge extra for every little request, like many other hotels do. Needed adapters? They lent them to us with no problem. A kettle to heat up water? Also provided at no extra cost. Honestly, what hotel still does that today? 😌✨ The facilities are modern, very clean, and the location right in front of Copacabana is perfect. And the breakfast… amazing: plenty of options for every taste, everything fresh and delicious. 🥐🍉☕ In short: service 10/10, exceptional attention, and details that truly make a difference.
