Great place to stay if visiting the Sedona area. I came to mountain bike and first night i was by myself and arrived in the evening coming from New Mexico. I called ahead coming from Mew Mexico amd they said if i got there before 10 the office was open and if not someone could meet me later to give me a key. Once I arrived I was impressed with the parking, friendliness, and cleanliness of the place. Check-in was super easy. The area its in seems safe and the price was awesome and not overpriced, compared to everything in Sedona, not to mention its not far. I will definitely stay again and planning on it!

Nice little place
The room was clean and spacious. Everything in their worked. Had a refrigerator and a microwave. Unfortunately no small coffee pot which I would have really liked. The beds were comfortable everything smelled clean.

Cozy Motel at an Excellent Value
Comfy place within walking distance to downtown and other places. Room was nice, owner was friendly, price was right, and the TV had Roku. I would pick it every time over one of the corporate motels in the Verde Valley.
