This west coast home has spectacular ocean views and is perfect for a large group or extended family. It is over 3700 sq ft with four bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen and three common spaces. Located in a friendly neighborhood a stone's throw from the beach and the Royston Seaside Trail.

The first level has three bedrooms - one king, one queen and one bunk bed with two doubles. This level has a full bathroom and family room with sofa bed, smart TV with full cable and foosball table.

The open concept main level on the second floor is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked, a gas stove with two ovens and an additional electric oven. This level has a 400+ sq foot covered patio with BBQ, outdoor dining and siting area in front of the two-sided gas fireplace. There is another family room on this level with TV, games table and desk.

The third level is a spacious primary suite with its own covered deck, his & hers closets, soaker tub and bathroom with a large walk-in river rock shower.

Attached double car garage for all your gear and laundry room.
