About the home
"Sea Breeze" is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, two story town house, very close to the Cowes beach and shops. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
Downstairs you will find bedroom 2 (with BIR) and bedroom 3 (with TV and DVD player), a European laundry in the foyer, and the main bathroom (with bath, shower and toilet).
Upstairs is the large open plan kitchen, dining/living room (with 55" 4k smart TV, Foxtel Plus, CD, and DVD player) which provides access to the upstairs front balcony. The master bedroom is also upstairs with BIR and en-suite (with shower and toilet) as well as a separate toilet.
Outdoor Areas
There are an outdoor table and chairs on the upstairs balcony as well as in the downstairs enclosed yard. Also at your disposal is the communal solar-heated in-ground pool, and shady BBQ area. Thereâs a single lock up garage. There are also some visitors car park as well as street parking.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Aldi coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top as well as the basic condiments, cleaning products etc. you would expect to find in a home away from home.
Heating/Cooling Systems
The home has 2 x wall mounted reverse cycle A/C units - one in the upstairs living room and the other in the downstairs foyer. Thereâs also one stand-alone fan.
Bedding Configuration
This home has 4 beds, accommodating up to 7 guests:
Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen bed
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen bed
Bedroom 3: 1 x Tri-bunks
Bedroom 3 also doubles as a second TV room
Please note: The Tri-bunks have a double bed base with a single bed above it.
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process. Local council restrictions are in place for this property, and compliance is mandatory.
