"I am not person who posts reviews, however How is this hotel ranked as wonderful?
My room was poor cleaned including blood drops splashed on walls and a cabinet. I requested change of room since it was late night in the middle of Mexico City then I could not cancel it … we had issues in the restaurant as well with a not good tasting Burguer, answer from the chef was all meats are frozen. Not good place to be recommended."
