toooo loud

stay was fine but the thinnest walls i have ever experienced. no customers yelling just normal levels but could hear every word and foot step above and either side of my room. not good sleeping environment.

The only issue with our room was that the toilet did not refill itself in order to flush properly. The main issue was with staff and unprofessional operations. Daily when my husband went down for breakfast, he observed family members of the kitchen staff come into the hotel to pack up plates of food to go. The morning I went down, we waited in line for these individuals to make plates, but then the staff member told me to close the lid on the food, when I was not even done making my plate.
