Our review of the house is exactly like a previous reviewer had written. Sheila J from August of 2025. The house wasn't very clean inside. The corners were dusty as previously written. We also found that the couch cover (which was NOT in the photos) had what appeared to be dog hair all over it so we had to wash it before using the couch. Also, as previously written, there weren't a lot of towels so we too had to wash frequently. The top of the fridge was still dusty as well. Prior to us checking in, the owner reached out to tell us the previous tenants had a mishap in the kitchen and had a minor fire on the cooking stove but everything was functional. The stove did work, however, the microwave was inoperational the whole time we were there. And I'm sure it is understood that while away on vacation, a microwave is used very often to reheat leftovers or take-out. As the other reviewer stated, we will not be returning to this house in the future.

I loved the fact we were able to check in early; however, the house was not clean and it appears someone is getting paid to do nothing. I reached out to manager to inform her of the condition of the house. She stated she would let the cleaning crew know. No one ever came to rectify the condition nor called to check. I have requested a refund on the housekeeping. The windowsill, were dusty and dead bugs on floor and windowsills. The coffee table had cat hair and dust (see picture) the top of the refrigerator was dusty and sticky to the touch. I thought being that it was in a Country club gated community, cleanliness was the least of my worries. There were limited wash clothes and towels we had to wash each day to have clean ones. The house needs a lot of love and I can truly say my family will not be back. I have asthma and I was sick the whole time until we left. I hate leaving a bad review because I’m sure management didn’t realize the condition of the home. I can’t see anyone renting it out in that condition. The walls were filthy…pictures are deceiving. Please do better do the next renters are not faced with this. Respectfully Sheila S.
