The Grockle Retreat is a modern, comfortable, and well equipped caravan with surrounding decking and a lighted patio area which is accessed through patio doors from the living area. With off road parking next to the caravan you will find all you need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. With gas central heating and hot water on demand, the kitchen is well equipped, including a built-in microwave, dishwasher and gas oven and hob. The lounge has comfortable seating which includes a sofa bed, DVD player and large screen TV as well as WiFi. There is one double bedroom with a double bed with storage, and a WC, and a second bedroom with two single beds and a shower and toilet opposite. External to the caravan is a secure unit which houses both a washing machine and drier. Dawlish Warren is an ideal base for your holiday and would appeal to walkers, wildlife enthusiasts, fishing fans and sun worshippers alike. We look forward to welcoming you to our home from home. Bed linen and towels will be provided. Change over days as follows: 3 Day Rental Friday to Monday; 4 Day Rental Monday to Friday; 7 Day Rental Friday to Friday

Our stay

This caravan was very clean and tidy with all the mod cons BUT it was far far to personalise for our liking I.e. to many rules & ornaments etc the caravan heating was FAR to HOT at approx 27c inside and we couldn’t control it being pre set it seemed like we was sharing the caravan with the owner the site was to hilly I had to push my wife around in her wheelchair we couldn’t even go to the club and site shop we are both very disappointed.

Wonderful Accommodation and Happy Memories.

I really enjoyed the stay and found the mobile home to be very inviting and comfortable. My husband and I would be very interested in coming again later in the year perhaps.
