Unwind in Dayton at this lovely clean and spacious bed & breakfast. With 5 bedrooms including a king, queen, (2) twin, and (2) full beds, guests will find excellent comfort here. The property offers plenty of room and two large social areas with plenty of natural light. One social area has a large projection television. Great heating and AC. Three bathrooms are available for guest use. Two master bedrooms, one with a restroom. Another room is an office with a queen fold out sofa bed. Plenty of eating space in the kitchen area and in dining room. Beverages, light snacks, bed sheets and bath towels are provided. Natural wood floors. Guests are asked to not where outside shoes in the house. Socks with grips are provided for guests. About 15 minutes away from downtown and University of Dayton Arena. Enjoy your time in Dayton at this charming bed & breakfast.
