When booking the property there was no disclosure that the lobby was under complete construction with no front desk but a computer and a table. Also the gym was closed due to renovations as well. Lack of information when booking

When we arrived, the bathroom, especially the toilet, was not cleaned. I alerted the reception desk upon arrival, around 11:30pm. They were going to send Housekeeping at that moment, but were we so tired, we asked to have it cleaned the next morning. Housekeeping never showed up the rest of the weekend even though we requested a clean up.

Comfortable stay and very quiet, even though it was New Year's Eve! A great location to go and see the Flyers' basketball game. Some of the best customer service I've ever experience
