Disgusting “Stay”

The Days Inn etc. by Wyndham, N. Dayton was the most disgustingly place that I’ve ever spent a night per the pictures attached. The room floor was filthy, had a stained/dirty bathmat, lumpy pillows, stained blankets and bedspread, disgusting patches on the wall and door, and the reception desk and area was worse. It's billed as the Days Inn and Suites by Wyndham Dayton North. The pictures show clean rooms and a nice facility. It was anything but. When booking at a "Wyhndham" affilitate, it is understood that the facility and rooms are clean and inviting. It’s apparent that no one from Hotels. com has ever visited this facility or you would not have listed it as an option. I canceled my other reservation for the next night and complained to the manager? Owner? He offered a new room which I promptly declined given the state of the facility. When the facility doesn't live up to the description listed on the website, it is deceptive advertising. I demand a complete refund and will be sending Wyndham a copy of these pictures along with an explanation of my “visit”. I’m certain that they would be appalled at the condition of the facility where customers like myself expect a clean room at a reasonable price.

Roach Motel

It is a roach motel. The rooms look nothing like the advertised photos. My room was filthy, it had trash left in the room, under the bed and on the shelf of the night stand which tells me the room was not properly cleaned. To many things to type so i will leave it at that... but to say the least, I will not be staying there ever again and i wouldn't recommend ot to anyone!

Not a good hotel

This hotel was not a very good hotel to look at, kind of scary. It took 5 times to try the card key to get in. Upon opening the door you could see that the floor needed cleaned and the mirrors were smudged up all 3 of them.

We only needed a single stop over night and Days Inn was a perfect stop. Staff was helpful and courteous. The room was clean with some upgrades being done throughout the property this would a place I would stay again.

When we arrived, we had to stand outside to check in through the window. Finally get upstairs and could not get the door open, had to walk Al they way back out to get him. I felt bad for the worker who was very nice but, this place was disgusting, we had two bathrooms one didn’t work at all the other leaked everywhere. Had to put the towel on the floor. The side of the bed looked like it had blood on it. The only good thing I could say was the coffee was good.

It was so gross! We came in at 1 am just to sleep just passing through. The whole room was terrible! Sheets and pillow cases had hair stains and holes in them. Bathtub and sinks had hair in them and were dirty. Dont stay here! You will be up all night worring about cooties!

Won't stop here again

Heater took 1 1/2 days to heat room set at 84° while dealing with 6° weather and still wasn't adequate breakfast was bare minimum as toast was warmest could've at least had waffles only fruit was green bananas could not participate coffee was the only hot item the last day oatmeal appeared but no hot water to be found totally disappointed front door had no peep just a hole missing lamp shade other shad was very tattered drapes had holes tears tattered as well brown metal chair very under par worn out room totally disappointed it gave a sour taste not what I expected from days inn🤔😲😭
