I booked through Travelocity for a 2 queen bed with a sofa bed (myself & 4 teenage girls). When I arrived I received a room with 2 queen beds - they were going to give us a rollaway however it wouldn’t fit in our room. I thought they were goi g to see what they could do for us - but instead I was told we would be staying in the same room - I guess someone is sleeping on the floor - not what I paid for! Disappointed in the effort to make it right.
