Everything was great, except our in room microwave appeared new but had a shortage and no repair was available until the next day of the one night stay, so we were offered to use the lobby microwave

swimming pool

It would have received an excellent rating, but had 1 major flaw. the swimming pool is only about 78 degrees. The late afternoon desk clerk said that maintenance told her that it was set on 85 and was working correctly. False,, no warm water was coming out of jets the 3 times I checked it. the last time I stayed here, maintenance turned it up and it warmed up quickly.

Wonderful staff, busy the night we were there, but the walls were thick enough to not be able to hear the next room over. Clean and updated. Breakfast was the best I've had in a LONG time at a hotel.

We loved the room setup. The ability to fix your own food and have real dishes and silverware in the room and even a dishwasher to clean them with. The breakfast was outstanding with real dishes and silverware and a great selection of food - even sugar free syrup since I'm diabetic was greatly appreciated. It was a wonderful place to stay and had a great indoor pool and workout room. Loved it! Had a great restful night after being at my mom's funeral before it.

Great location & great staff & breakfast. But, the mattress was too firm & not very comfortable, typically Hilton has more comfortable beds, we were surprised. I encourage management to upgrade the bedding. Thank you
