This property is VERY clean and located nearby several eateries that are walking distance. Dayton was a surprise quaint city with lots of diversity. We would definitely choose this property again when we go back to visit.

Cute, clean, well maintained space in a lovely and walkable neighborhood. A bit echo-y, if you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs or a sound machine. The bedroom doesn't have blackout curtains which is fine for me, but if you need it dark, bring a mask. Bed was comfortable! Street parking was available close by each time we needed it. Absolutely recommend!

Best ever! Exceeded the listing, comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, cool decor, thoughtful touches and a safe neighborhood with a park and playground. We walked to dinner only a few blocks away.
