Convenient location across street from beach. Pool area was nice, never too crowded. Condo has 3 beach towels, 2 beach chairs & plenty of sand toys for younger children. Jason provided shampoo/body wash/makeup wipes in both bathrooms. Kitchen had plenty of dishes/silverware/etc. More than enough towels/washcloths. Washer/dryer directly across from condo was nice. Jason even had extra quarters in case you needed. Jason called a few days before our arrival & went over everything as well as emailed information and text restaurant etc recommendations.

Terrific Condo

First of all, Jason is amazing! He called me a few days before our trip and went over everything with me. He then texted me recommendations of things to do and pls es to eat. The condo is great. Very clean and well stocked. We didn’t need a thing except food. The pool is fantastic. The beach is across the street from the condo. There are two beach chairs in a closet and there is a man who rents umbrellas and chairs at the beach. The area that the condo is in is not bad but the street is busier than I prefer. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend.

Great, quiet location

Jason was an excellent host! He called a day before check in to make sure we were all squared away. He even offered suggestions of places to eat nearby. He was easily available throughout our stay for a couple questions we had. If you are planning on using the washer and dryer during your stay, you may want to be sure to bring along some quarters. It is $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry across the hall and there is only one of each. It only accepts quarters. You can exchange for quarters in the management office. However, we went down there two times during their hours (Mon.-Thurs. 8-1pm) And nobody was in the office. So we ended up getting quarters from a nearby store. Besides that, our stay was great. The kitchen was stocked with supplies we needed to cook including a few pieces of Tupperware which was helpful for beach trips. The pool does go to over 8ft, so you may want to bring a life jacket for younger kids. Thank for for a great stay Jason!

Perfect getaway

This is a great condo, very clean, has everything you need. Beds super comfortable. Jason was great with communication and instructions, even had beach towels delivered to us when we found they were missing. 5 minutes and you're on the beach. Pool clean and warm. Highly recommend! Tidy Condo

The condo is tidy and well maintained with updated furniture. Shower has recently been updated and looks great. This condo is a short walk across the street to the beach. Quiet building with no noise to complain about. It was too cold to use the pool, and relaxing area around the pool. However, it looked good.

Home Away From Home: Clean and Comfortable Daytona Beach Condo

Me, my husband, and my 17 month old son stayed here for 5 days. We were pleased with the seamless check-in-process. Upon entering the condo, I immediately felt at home. It is clean, updated, stocked with linens and cookware, and even had a bag of ice waiting on us in the freezer! The sunsets from the balcony overlooking the pool made for a great way to end the day. We could also see the beach from the front window. The owner, Jason, could not have been more accommodating. There are instructions for everything on the side of the refrigerator, which made navigating check-in, check-out and other parts of our stay very easy. Thank you, Jason, for a lovely time in Daytona Beach! We will certainly recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Daytona Beach.

This is a perfect place to stay for a family or small group! Everything was at it was on the listing. Clean and cozy space. The condo is just a few steps from the beach. Jason communicates very well and was always there to answer any questions! 10/10 recommend for affordable and safe place to stay by the beach!

Somewhat older small condo building with nice pool and deck with tables and chairs. Quick walk across the street, at new crosswalk, to get to beach. Unit is perfect for home base for 3-4 adults. Nice decor, comfortable ambiance. A short drive to dining, etc in main area up the road. Two grocery stores very near unit. We would stay again. :)
