Beautiful Ormond Beach Oceanview Condo


Apartment is a 2-bedroom/1 bathroom condo with North Oceanside views of Ormond by the Sea. Fully equipped kitchen for guests that wish to dine in. There are large flat screen, smart televisions in each bedroom & one in the living room. Enjoy cable TV/WIFI on all televisions. There is a water & dryer for convenience of guests. Guests that like to splash in the pool there is one in the central area of the community perfect after swimming in the ocean which is directly across building complex .

Relax on the balcony and enjoy the ocean breezes right across the apartment building is the pristine Ormond Beach for your enjoyment. Perfect place with a relaxing atmosphere to getaway with your family or friends!

Other things to note
No elevator in building. The apartment is located on the second floor of the building.

Due to the current pandemic, we have made changes to our cleaning after every guest:
- The condo is professionally cleaned after every guest trip
- High touch surfaces are being disinfected with 99% alcohol
- No contact check-in/check-out

Daytona 500 week stay over.

This condo is a clean, comfortable, quiet place to stay, yet close enough to so many places of interest. This was our second stay and we will likely visit again in the future.The host is great. Made our winter stay from Pennsylvania very enjoyable.

Great Time at Ormond by the Sea

This place was great. Good neighborhood, friendly neighbors, the pool was refreshing and clean and the beach is right across the street. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint was the toilet ran and the beach chair supply was low but the neighbors let us borrow theirs so it all worked out.

This is a very cozy, very clean and comfortable condo with a view of the ocean. Very welcoming. The host was fantastic with a first time Vrbo renter. This unit really made our stay enjoyable.

Great Place!

This is a cute place in a good location to a non-crowded beach and had a great pool. The place is clean and comfortable but to make your stay better I recommend a few things: 1) Bring trash bags and laundry detergent as they are not provided (I went to the store before I realized this, so this was annoying to have to go back to the store); 2) Bring a cutting board if you plan to cook (the only one provided is falling apart and not functional). Essentially, I recommend checking in first and seeing what items you may need before you go to the grocery store. We also found we needed batteries for some remotes. Finally, there are really nice lamps, but they were all unplugged when we got there. We have to move the bed, etc. to plug them in, which was strange. So, if you get there and the lamps don't work check to see if you have to plug them in.

Perfect location!

Perfect location, steps away from a very nice beach. The condo was well stocked and clean, had everything we needed. Had a pool on site as well to use and boogie boards, beach chairs which was a bonus.

Our family stays at a condo on this same property for the past few years. We have not stayed in the same unit twice. We love the property, and the variability in the condos seems minimal. This unit compared to others on property has no specific benefit over the others.

Nice for the little time we were there.

Used mostly just for sleeping. Didn’t sit around our eat there. Only issues we ran into was kitchen and bathroom sink faucets need repaired. Both appear to have partial clogs in the faucets. Other than that, our 2 night stay was good.

Ormond beach condo

Comfortable with nice bed and living area full kitchen and large dining table. Nice view of ocean from balcony with late afternoon sun. The common area pool was very nice and not very busy. Short walk to beach just a matter of crossing a sometimes busy street. All appliances worked well so we had all that was required. Short drive to groceries and 10 minute walk to a sea side pub with live music. We really enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed the clean, relaxed condo with view of the pool and the ocean. Multiple rooms at much less than the price of a suite in the area. Looking forward to booking again when we are back in the area.
