I noticed there were bed bugs just crawling around the pillows and the comforter was stained, I have pictures and a video as proof. I tried to reach the front desk but no one is there, and the light is off. I left the hotel and found another place to stay for the night. Horrible Experience.

Everything was great, only this is house keeping kept entering the room before check out, we opted in for late check out so 12. I ran down stairs around 8:45 to grab something and when I came back she was unlocking the door and opening it, my husband was in the shower and my kids were in there, so to us that’s a safety concern. The second time I was changing and the door opened again around 10, check out is 11. I understand the need to get them cleaned but again this is a safety concern for us.

The hotel is in an excellent location & the balcony room had a stunning ocean view. The hotel is an older build but some aspects have been remodeled but other aspects have not. The room was comfortable, clean, & partially upgraded. There's a small daily parking fee & breakfast is included. The parking is convenient but the breakfast was hit or miss. I would I stay again? Yes, specially with the price I paid. Special shout out to the front desk staff!
