This newly remodeled beautiful 4th floor DIRECT OCEAN FRONT is Located on the desirable "NO DRIVE" section of the world's most famous beach!!

FULLY FURNISHED STUDEO. Beautiful ceramic tile flooring throughout living area, kitchenette, Walk in showers bathroom & a private oceanfront balcony. Sit on the beach sipping your favorite drink on beach chairs supplied for your enjoyment.

Enjoy waking up to a 4th floor ocean view from your own private balcony. The room furnished with a king size bed, a sofa, 3 high stool dinner island kitchenette with mini fridge, toaster, conviction oven, 2 burners stove top, microwave, coffee maker, cups, dishes, pots and pans & utensils). Everything else is provided, just bring your toothbrush.
Right in the middle of all the famous Daytona Beach attractions. Walking distance to the Pier, Bandshell, Ocean Center, shoppers and theaters of the Hilton, Water theme park and the Peabody auditorium.

This is a privately keened and operated condo. All inquiries and communications should be directed to the owner only and not the front office. Immediately after entering please locate the car pass on the dinette table and place in your car. A starter bathroom and kitchen supplies paper towels are provided your convenience.

$ 10 is charged for EACH missing or unreturned towel from the pool/beach. The parking pass should be left in the condo when departing. $ 50 is charged For lost or not returned keys to the condo unit.

Please let the owner know if you have any allergies that may be pertinent to your stay at our condo. Thank you and have a wonderful stay in Daytona and at our condo.

The facility of Daytona Inn Beach Resort where the condo is located is undergoing extensive renovation due to the damage of the hurricane similar to all beach front buildings in Daytona Beach. However all amenities the resort has to offer are fully operational.

Parking rules for Bike Week & Bike Octoberfest Events:

1. Parking is first come, first served;
2. Trailers are not allowed except to load and unload;
3. Motorcycles must park in Bike Corral.
4. Motorcycles white stickers are distributed by either the
front desk or maintenance must be in headlights during
during the events.
5. No visitors passes at that time. There are many
surrounding paid parking lots.
6. Either a vehicle or a motorcycle can be parked.
7. Trailers are not allowed.

The location is awesome. Right on the beach. Walking distance to everything. The room was clean and the shower water was hot. The property owner is a great communicator and always available. . And no issues !

Beautiful view, building that needs work

This condo is a previous hotel room. It has bright decor (beach theme) and a large, comfortable bed. The balcony is directly over the pool and Daytona Beach. The building is right next to the Daytona Beach world famous arch. While the location is great, the building is in need of attention/repair. The door to this condo did not feel secure, I believe it could have been easily pushed open, even when locked. The sliding door did not have a seal and one day it was extremely windy and the door banged/rattled all night and day long. I purchased a corkscrew and can opener for the condo. There is no bath mat, or hair dryer you may want to bring one. This was a good stay for the cost, but it could be improved to offer the same feel as the beauty of the location.

Relaxing beach stay

We had a great week. Outside of property is still being renovated but our unit was updated and clean. The pool area is fresh and clean. Location was great for walking to activities, shops and food. I would stress the importance of always having your parking tag hanging from your mirror so as not to be towed. Tow truck circles through the lot to check. We had a great time.

Great Week At Daytona

We just returned from spending a week at this wonderful condo and we had a GREAT time. The condo is very clean and looks exactly like the pictures posted. The owner is very friendly and easy to contact if you have any questions. The location is wonderful, easily walk to many attractions, restaurants and local bars. There is some construction going on but it does not affect this condo at all and very little noise to deal with. We'll be returning to this condo next time we visit Daytona!!

Enjoyed the beautiful ocean view!

Condo was very clean and welcoming. It was well decorated. The owner was quick to respond to our questions. There was a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony which we enjoyed! Condo was in a great location. The only negative was that the building was under renovation. Outward appearance of the building left something to be desired. The condo itself worked out well for the two of us! If opportunity allowed, we would return.

Not what I expected

The beach was nice. Good view. The rental is not a condo. It is a one bed hotel room . Room was drafty and no heat unless the whole building is on. Room was fully stocked with furnishings but lacked maintenance. Toilet and toilet seat loose. Front door leaked air bad and only had a handle lock. Deadbolts and chain locks removed and very easy to break in as there where signs of that before. At night after 6 in the evening you smell pot smoke coming into the room from people that live in the building. Theses rooms are pay by week long stay rooms. NOT CONDO. Very disappointed. I have stayed in hotels that made you feel safer than theses. Dont waste your money.

Beautiful property, close to everything we wanted to do.

The condo is beautifully decorated, perfect for just the two of us. Great view of the beach, walking distance to Main Street where we spent our evenings. The only problem we had was that the A/C was noisy and it took us a day or two to adjust to it. We hope to come back next October.

Great location, great ocean view, super clean unit

This stay met all our needs. We wanted a relaxing vacation that we could workout in the morning, lie on the beach all day, explore fun activities, and walk to supper. A Publix was nearby for our light breakfast and lunch meals. We rented paddle boards and paddled with the dolphins and manatees, kayaked videoing alligators at Blue Springs State Park, (only a 40 min. drive), and had a blast at Hippie Fest only a 10 minute walk away. The included beach chairs in the unit made it reasonable to lie on the beach all day. (Did not need to rent chairs) The beach was more fun and cooler than lying around the pool. Many days there were tons of kids in the pool. On of our favorite things was sitting on the deck at night star gazing with a nice glass of wine. Nice to have laundry facilities on site and a restaurant with awesome home made fresh coconut shrimp, mahi-mahi and shark. Definitely are coming back.
