Wonderful Oceanfront 1 bedroom unit – directly overlooking Daytona Beach! Balcony and living room picture window facing directly in front of the beach. Room is on the 3rd floor, straight shot from the elevator to the room.
South end of the building, private balcony, living room, kitchen, dining area. Furniture new in 2019. ** New 12 Noon Checkout instead of 11 for your convenience!
2 Queen beds and sleeper sofa – roomy – oceanfront – perfect for a family stay at the beach. Hope to see you! 🏖 ** At present the hotel facilities pool facilities are closed for some repairs but you can still hit the beach by going through the lobby and walking around the north side of the hotel where there is a ramp directly to the beach and outdoor showers

Building above

C’est correct mais sans plus. Pour le prix, on a dĂ©jĂ  louĂ© mieux. Il manque beaucoup de choses dans les tiroirs pour une location de 11 jours quand on fait les repas au condo. Pour le propriĂ©taire, il Ă©tait toujours disponible pour nous rĂ©pondre. Il est courtois et trĂšs gentil. Pour l’hĂŽtel, l’extĂ©rieur est trĂšs brisĂ© Ă  cause de deux ouragans. Pour nous, ce n’était pas un problĂšme car on aime mieux la mer et l’hĂŽtel a fait une descente Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l’hĂŽtel pour l’accĂšs Ă  la mer. Ce n’est pas la faute du propriĂ©taire, ni de l’hĂŽtel. Le seul problĂšme qu’on a trouvĂ© dĂ©sagrĂ©able, c’était qu’il y avait des travaux dans le condo au-dessus du nĂŽtre deux jours avant de partir. Il refaisait le plancher et ça donnait beaucoup de bruit pendant les deux jours. TrĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able!

Property in very bad shape

The condo was as expected very nice. The property was in bad shape. Parking, facilities, structure all very dated and storm damage from last year still un touched.Would not recommend until repairs to property are completed

Daytona Beachfront

Great place to enjoy the ocean from sunrise to watching the tide come in at night. Unit has all needed amenities. Bath towels were super soft! Joshua was super helpful and even the front desk staff was welcoming and helpful We did not want to leave and hope to get back there again!

Our stay

Condo was beautiful,clean and description of room was accurate as far as amenities went as was very deciving there was no pool or hot tub to use inside or out as well as no restaurant in house that was the least of our concerns many nights we had to find parking a. Distance from condo I only had one car when I asked security for help they said come back next week this was unacceptable

Nice place but still under Construction

Me and my friend always take our children on a yearly beach trip together. We chose this location becuase it was large enough, location was good, it had several options for pools and easy access to the beach. The owner of the property was great upon check in. He even let us check in 3 hours early after we got stormed out of the beach. The view from our room was a construction site but that’s okay. We found out not long after being there that there was another in ground pool that was working. The indoor pool was too heavily chlorinated so we couldn’t stay in there longer than like 15 minutes at a time. The walk to the beach wasn’t as easy as advertised. It was a good 5 min walk or longer and take your pool card because you won’t get in and out the gate without it. Our cards quick working and apparently so did a lot of others. Eventually we had to prop open the gate when coming back and forth. The room itself was clean for the most part. The bathroom drain was clogged when we got there and never fixed. The light in the bathroom also never worked. All in all minor issues nothing too serious.

Due to the hurricane and tropical storm in Nov of 2022 the pools were not open and trying to get down to the beach was not accessible handy for handicap people. The parking was a chore as well.

Good for our needs

We stayed here for a quick overnight trip and it worked well for us. The room is large and the kitchen is an added plus. The ocean views are great. The room was a bit dated and could use updating but it was clean and well maintained. There is some damage to the resort from last year's hurricane and the parking garage is not open - having to take the trash out to the closed parking garage is not ideal. We got locked into the garage trying to exit after dropping off the trash and that was a bit of a hassle. Overall it was a good stay!

Great beach vacation

It was a great place to stay. Publix is right across the street. There were two big pools and a baby pool. The room was plenty big for the two of us. Bed was super comfortable. No washer/dryer in the room but was on the same floor. The property manager was great to work with. He got right back to me when I had questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Location was awesome loved the beach ! We will be back ! Ijust wish , unit will be more clean and more taking care of and updated we need towels we had no way of getting more towels for beach /pool. Pillows were small . Definitely need more pots and pans.

I love Daytona

The only reason my overall stay was rated a 3 was due to the overall property itself. The host was awesome and room was very clean. We stayed at this property about 5 years ago and it has really been neglected. Parking has improved but the restaurant and and general areas need to be improved.
