The Casago team was a dream to work with. The door code was challenging because it was long and they provided me with a key. The linens and fun beach decor were fabulous. The price was affordable for one guest. The ocean view was to die for! The Hawaiian Inn staff worked tirelessly to maintain and clean the property. My favorite place to stay!

Overall the stay was nice, the beach view was great. We were told the day before check in that the outdoor pool would be closed due to plumbing repairs on the kiddie pool, but it remained open, which we enjoyed. Communication with the management team was also very efficient and responsive to the few questions I had. The studio room is a little outdated but not enough to be a deal breaker. Upgrading the kitchenette appliances & cabinets with a few other simple cosmetic updates and some tlc would bring out the full potential of this room and if it meant an increase in rental price, we would stay again.

Host canceled on us the day before and the "comparible" property vrbo put us in was a dump. Smelled like mold and mildew. Had mold growing on the grout throughout and had water damage from draining dehumidifier.

We had issue checking in 10 digit code did not work so we had to call and ended up getting the code to lock box to get key to the door. Had to call to get code for gate to get in from beach. Which should have been provided at check in. I text message when we first got there for some maintenance issues such exterior door not closing properly. Cabinet door for kitchenette had very loose hinge. Bathroom sink did not drain properly. Gave permission for maintenance to come anytime but they never came.
