Rockville Trip

Came down for Rockville and had a great stay! The condo was just what we needed and prefect. We did have a little issue with the master bathroom toilet but they had it fixed that day with no problem! Again it was a great stay!

Location, location, location

We love this stretch of Daytona Beach. The property is right where the no-drive beach starts. And beach access is right next to the property with a pedestrian crossing on A1A. The apt we stayed at was very quaint with a retro 1980s vibe. My kids loved it. The apt is spacious, with big kitchen, and the views are breathtaking. Loved our stay.

Great Condo

It was a great condo. My only compliant was the condo would get hot and the air was programmed to not go below I believe 75. The ceiling fan in the primary room would only work on low speed. The view was great to be across the road from the beach.

the check in progress was awful

The check in part of our trip was terrible. We had no way of getting into the building and couldn’t get ahold of anyone to get in. Luckily an occupant was there later on and helped us. It took us 40 minutes to get in when check was suppose to be at 4:00pm. The place was nice but the check part made it very very stressful for what was suppose to be a relaxing vacation.

It’s a great location across the street from the beach. It looks like the pictures. We didn’t have the master key so we couldn’t go to the pool and we had to use the call box to get in.

Perfect spot for us

THe Condo had an amazing view from across the street and was the perfect location for our family without paying the cost of an oceanfront rental. They supplied all the basics that you needed and the property was safe secure and friendly!!! We hope to stay again next year

Great time had by all

The condo was nice. Clean. And ready for guests. The check in after 4pm was a little stressful because the office is only open from 9am to 1pm. We had no parking passes for the evening but when the office opened Friday we were able to get it taken care of. The weather wasnt ideal but the time had by all four of us in this condo was exceptional. We would rent there again.
