The unit is fully furnished. Primary Bedroom includes King size bed, TV and full bath plus incredible views! Bedroom two is light and bright with large windows offering ocean views and hosts two twin size beds.

Building Amenities include an oceanfront swimming pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, extra-large sun deck, tennis /pickle ball court, basketball court, exercise room, game room, and more! Residents will also enjoy reserved secure parking and plenty of extra parking for guest. Enjoy dining at the Epic Top of Daytona a landmark for over 30 years with 360-degree views of Daytona Beach and conveniently located on the 29th Floor.

Please note: Peck Plaza only has one elevator at this time. Beach access is right at the building on the South side at the beach approach. Beach steps & fence around tennis court were damaged during storm.

Absolutely Perfect View

This condo is a must when staying in Daytona Beach Shores. The view alone makes this a perfect place to stay. There were so many activities for my teenage daughters to do aside from swimming and going to the beach. We will absolutely stay here again.

OMG! This home was so pretty! It could use some new furniture in the living room as folks have used it well. Some larger than others,but comfortable and it felt like heaven.

Beautiful Peck Plaza. Amazing View

Amazing view. Very comfortable accommodations. It was quiet considering 4th of July. Didn't hear any other guests at night. Beach and Pool Awesome. Had a fun playing pool, ping pong and shooting hoops. Will be soon planning to reserve for next Summer.

We ( me my wife and our 20 year old son) stayed in condo 24NW the condo was as listed the entire property was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The views are definitely the highlight of this condo, but all aspects were great
