Our room was not the cleanest when we walked in thr pillows were not on the couch we assumed it wasnt cleaned so we didnt use the couch. We checked in so late and there was only one person arlt the counter and the line was so long it took about 30 minutes in the line so we didnt bother going back down. We didnt have any large towels in the room either. I called down for late check out and paid to check out at 2. Someone knocked on my door 4 times from 11-2 I wasnt feeling well which is whybi chose the late check out to get more rest. the bed is in the back so I had to get up all 4 times to answer the door to tell them I had late check out. Communication could of been much better

2 rooms 1 night, 8 people. When we arrived, only one room was ready and I paid for early check-in. This is all through Expedia by the way. So normal check-in is 4:00 PM. Our room was not ready till after 5:30 PM. This last room that we waited for smelled from outside before we entered like cigarette smoke beyond belief. Of course we paid for non-smoking rooms. It was so bad, my niece who must be allergic to cigarette smoke her eyes immediately started watering and burning. So I called the front desk to ask for another room, but they don’t have another room available so there solution was to come up and spray some air freshener. When maintenance or housekeeping did not show up to spray we had to get a room at a neighboring hotel as these conditions obviously were inhabitable for my niece. Now, both these rooms had a full out couch both of which did not have blankets. So again I called the front desk ask for blankets and again they did not bring them. We were exhausted from the day and fell asleep and used our coats for a blanket. Now upon waking up the next day, there are no towels to dry off after a shower. We had four washcloths, two hand towels and a floor mat. The rooms were dirty to say the least. One room had two paper plates on the side of the bed from the prior resident. The other had juice pouch straw holders all over, a wad of tissue holding the louvered vent open in the bathroom, stains of God knows what all over the lampshades. We arrived at 3:45pm and 1 out of the 3 rooms was not ready. No big deal - but when we entered the 2nd room it smelled very strong of pot. Asked the front desk to have someone come spray - they did right away and it went away. Ok - still at 5:15pm our 3rd room was not ready - still ok because we were off to host our birthday party at Dave & Busters. When we returned at 7:30pm the room was ready. However, when we entered it was as if someone had just smoked pot and left the room. Again- asked if they could come spray which they did not. While at the front desk a concerned mother came it to advise that people were getting sick in the pool area - coughing- burning eyes and even 1 kid threw up from over chlorinated water. The front desk suggested to prop the door open but didnt seem too bothered. Anyway - we still make our way down to the pool - there were 5 of us moms and our 6 kids. The pool and hot tub was so crowded with kids running around - and while kids are supposed to be accompanied by an adult - there were only 2 other adults in the area. Im not talking 10 or 12 - I'm talking 25 or 30 kids with only 2 adults. Kids were jumping into the pool without a care if there were other kids in the pool - so much so that 2 of the kids in our group were jumped on. Overall - this is a party hotel - it reeks of pot - only 1 elevator seemed to be working - and literally kids ran around all hours of the night. PLEASE READ. Do not believe reviews claiming this was a good stay. The staff alone makes this place unbearable. From the front desk to security, the rudeness was nonstop and unprofessional. The security guards acted like wannabe police, shutting down the pool whenever they felt like it and yelling “GET OUT OF THE POOL NOW” with no explanation. They clearly enjoyed trying to intimidate guests. The pool is the main attraction in photos, but it is MUCH smaller than it appears and absolutely disgusting. The water is cloudy and you cannot see the bottom. The hot tub was vile, with floating skin buildup in the bubbles. I almost threw up and never went back in. Throwing chemicals in does not make it clean. There were also no towels at the pool, and I was told it “wasn’t the hotel’s fault.” Our room was dirty and clearly not cleaned. There were fake eyelashes left on the nightstand. We had 5 people and were given only 2 towels. More were brought the next day, but not without attitude. The elevators are a serious problem. As a disabled guest, this hotel is in violation of ADA standards. Only one elevator worked, it was extremely small, painfully slow, and stopped at every floor. We also never received a third blanket despite asking three times. I stay at many hotels each year, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Dirty, rude, and uncomfortable. I wish I could give it zero stars.

When I booked from hotels.com it said $50 deposit once I got there it was $100 I showed the guy but he said it’s nothing he can do ?? I should’ve just went to holiday inn.. once we got in the girl at the desk with him was talking to a guy for gods knows how long without helping.. she was black with dreads in her hair. The guy had on gray. She must’ve got him a free room or something because he was there for the longest when we got into the room. The tub was dirty. I never called. I just left it alone the next morning, I went downstairs to eat breakfast. I left my wristband. She stated that I will have to pay for a new wristband if she gave me a new one, and I said the elevators aren’t working and it took me almost 5 minutes to get down the stairs. She said we’ll wake up early. I said excuse me she was so rude but what it was his she was waiting to talk to her friend in a gray again I don’t know how long that man was there. I don’t know if he was at her whole shift or what, but it was a terrible experience. The only went to the bar for a free drinks. she ran over there told the lady that she wasn’t paying for a drink and to give her the drink for free. She cut in line and again her friends was there in the gray. Her service was terrible.

Elevator down. Hot tub not clean, had to argue to get 3 towels instead of 2 (we had 3 registered adults). Shower curtain was too short so water went everywhere. Just not a good experience
