We had a good hotel stay here. Was about 12min from downtown Detroit. The hotel is easy to get to, clean and staff was friendly. Quick check in & I never felt unsafe at any point. Just what we needed for a quick overnight trip for a concert!

The tv in my room is going out, stared at lines all night. The fridge in the room loudly buzzed non-stop. Ive slept at worse. This stay was ok

This property is really run down. The pool was filthy, our toilet did not work and there was no maintenance person available. My reservation was for two adjoining rooms on the third floor, when we arrived we were told that the have the rooms to someone else. We arrived on time. The Free breakfast food ran out 40 minutes before the stated mealtime and the food was not restocked. This was supposed to be part of a fun family getaway, instead it was a huge disappointment that cost $280.

The property was okay, it was under some renovations of the carpet which looked like it would make it seem cleaner. The room itself was just okay. There were spots on the wall in the restroom that could have been wiped down. The staff was friendly at the counter that was nice.

The associate who checked us out in the morning was polite, friendly, professional and efficient. - That was the only positive. The associate who checked us in was rude, unprofessional, combative and defensive without cause. The room we were assigned had an AC unit that was so loud, it would've been quieter to have the ice machine being used in our room.

They demand a $60 CASH deposit? However, this was not divulged until we arrived to check in? Of course there's a handy ATM right next to the desk, that gouges you for a $4 fee. Smh.

Shocked at rundown condition of property. Entrance welcoming. Staff helpful, welcoming & friendly. Halls & elevator dirty, very rundown. No pool available until next yr. No breakfast of any kind or coffee. Room however was very clean, & bed very comfortable. This place has great potential when renovations have been completed. Deposit required upon registration, & if you don't have cash, you must use the ATM machine.
