For being a newlu built property, i thought it would be cleaner. The floor isn't well swept, toilet dirty inside, and the main hallways were very dirty and unmopped. And the whole place smwlled like weed. I understand its hard get people to work, but the owners need to step it up, because it was gross.

Not so happy this time

My stay here was not what I expected, if I wanted to get clean towels for the next day it was a fee, they said the bed size was a queen size, when in actuality it was a full size bed, the room was very small, and not so clean. I won’t stay there anymore.

I tried to check into the location and no one was there at all. I call the phone number for 45minutes and other numbers that were there as well. The desk shut down early and no one was there. I then had to go to a different hotel. So 2 hours later.... another place. This is completely not acceptable.

The staff are horrible, very unprofessional it’s been 3 weeks and still haven’t received my deposit back for room. Staff very rude there wasn’t no one working the desk when I tried to check in or the next day. Dirty environment maybe because they allow dogs. They make us take out our own trash and return towels to desk before you can get new ones. Overall bad experience and will never go back!

This place is horible the manager wants extra cash $7 for towels , extra cash for reset your key. A joke of hotel and service i had zero heat one night 6F out side that night. They should be closed down.

I arrived at 0630-0640PM for checking... frontdesk has a board displaying that they are on a break till 6PM... I called the frontdesk twice after waiting for 10-15min..... then the lady arrived to check me in... Took me approx 30min to checkin.....

Of all the hotels I have stayed at, this was the worst. Rude, uses cameras to spy on clientelle. Beds were so uncomfortable, pillows fell between the bed and the wall. Advertised that there were dishes and a full kitchen, both false. They will sell you dishes. No oven not even a coffee pot in the room. Needed instructions for the heat. Remotes batteries were dead. When I called, about it she said that we had to go down there. I asked her to bring them to our room to see if that worked, she said that they are not that kind of hotel. Manager has huge dog that has a very loud bark. Never again!
