We only stayed for one night and came by train and on foot. Efficient check in. Great ambiance, room was very good, clean and well designed. Comfortable bed. Went to Canary Wharf for food - lovely walk in (20 minutes).

"Hotel itself is great and the staff were really friendly on check in. Room are small but comfy and very clean. The breakfast buffet was great too.
Only downside is that the bar/restaurant in the hotel was really bad for drinks. They were super slow, forgot our orders and still put on a crazy service charge.
Other than that it’s fab! "
