"It was my first time in Baltimore and was there for a trade show. I prefer IHG hotels so I was looking forward to my stay. I arrived late and the person at the desk was friendly and accommodating. I had questions about the general area and she took the time to share ideas. The room was a great size. It was large and I was able to move around and have space to work and chill. It was clean and had ample towels and toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were nice. The thermostat worked and I was able to adjust the temp for cool nights and warmer days. The restaurant - B&O - had great food and drinks. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Their recommendations were perfect. I invited clients over one evening and everyone raved about the crab cakes — so try them if you make it there. The night before I left I requested a late checkout because of my flight and again they were super accommodating. When I returned home I had a question about my bill and called to ask a few questions. The person I spoke to was helpful and explained something I overlooked. The people that work there make it a great place to stay. I often saw the same people over the 3 night stay and they made it a wonderful visit. "
