The staff was great, location is ideal. Even the mattress n pillows were damn near perfect! I would stay again. Reno is certainly the old timey feel n this resort holds true to it.

Nice well-run hotel close to the Amtrak station. Staff were very helpful. I had dinner and breakfast at the cafe and both were excellent. The staff there were also quite professional. I was generally very happy with my experience there.
