Staff were incredible. The the room was clean. My 1 rating is for the poor directions to the sky tower and front desk. It’s very confusing. Also- I would not have booked a room in the sky tower if it had been disclosed how far from the main area I would be. Will not be staying there again.

My check in time was at 3pm however I got there at 5pm and they said the junior suite was not ready and they still needed to clean it. They never call me when it was ready, I went to the front desk at 8pm to go to my room. I lost 5 hours of the hotel room, I drove there for 5 hours and wanted to rest, instead I had to wonder around until they had to have the room clean and ready. The room was ok and spacious but they need more cleaning staff to have all the rooms ready on time
