The fan didn’t work in the room and no one came to fix it after telling them it needed fixed. It was super hot. Didn’t like the door to the adjoining room because the people next door were super loud. Just seemed old and dated and not very clean. Would not stay here again

Had to change rooms three times - first for non-working lights, then for a strong wet dog odor, then for a loud HVAC unit. Then in the fourth room, the shower drain was clogged so not an ideal shower experience. I was on a tight budget; otherwise I would've spent a little more on Silver Legacy next door for a much more decent experience (as of my last stay there), especially on my extended stay.

Room was clean and nice. It was extremely hard to get luggage to room, too many stairs in the eay. Also, the distance between rooms and main area is crazy. It seems all the activities were onky Thur-Sun, so nothing to do on a Monday or Tuesday. Coffee places open late in the morning so no early morning coffee. The tower we.were in had a broken open door into the lobby and it was empty. Will not stay again, will pick a better, more accessible hotel.

Are room, when we got inn was flooded, water along the wall and completely coming out of closet, my daughter slipped on the white tile floor knocking the wind out her went downstairs to get another room because it was already late was a struggle asked if we can get help with are luggage but it never came,not acceptable Circus Circus really was a terrible stay never got a rewards card it was also closed just a worst experience at ur hotel most definitely Jay Conlin 👎

Everything 5 stars only thing i would say need updating is elevators and handicapped access to elderado and silver legacy where rough but it worked my kids and family enjoyed our stay and stay where all friendly and helpful i will be back many more times
