By far the worse property I have ever stayed at in my 45 years of life. Everything was disgusting! I wouldn't stay here for free! The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. The bathtub was full of dirty water and wouldn't drain so we couldnt eve shower in the morning. Never ever again will I come here! Staff were rude and looked so miserable. Horrible horrible horrible place!

Circus Circus gets a bad wrap, yes it is a little old but we made the mistake a few years ago by going to another hotel where it was so disgusting we did not dare even use the shower in the morning, So we always stay at CC as we know it will be at least decent, is it a 5 star no but we are just a normal family on a budget staying in Reno on our way home from the west coast and need a decent place to stay over night, easy parking, fun for the kids and very easy on the wallet.

Only 3 of the 6 elevators worked while we were staying there. At check out, we were stuck waiting on the 17 floor for 30 mins waiting for an elevator. Our family of 4 ended up walking down 17 flights of stair with our luggage. I spoke to the manager, he played if off as lots of people checking out at the same time. He did eventually give us a $50 food comp at the local coffee shop. Our room had yellow mold stains on the ceilings, due to no bathroom fans. Bathroom was pretty beat up. All in all they just need to start remodeling floor to floor.
