checking in was terrible. The attendant at the front desk was not friendly or helpful at all. She also looked terrible with body piercings on her lips. Did not even greet me when I checked in. I asked for a king bed and all she said was let me look. She handed me the keys to the room and didn't say anything about the beds. I assumed she had found a kind size for us. When we got to the room it was a two bed room. I went back to ask for a different room and I got her again. I was hoping to get a differernt person but no. I again asked her for a differnt room and then she said we don't have any rooms. Again not friendly or helpful. I was so frustrated with her. also the elevators to the hotel were not working. Only two worked at any given time. It was frustrating going up and down while checking in and dealing with this while hauling out luggage around. Worse experience I have had.
