The room was great and it smelled like it was sanitized. Thats very comforting. The staff at the desk was very friendly and helpful. I would book in the same hotel next time we have to spend the night in Reno.

Only 2 elevators were working for floors 4-17 so there was a line to get on the elevator like a ride at Disney World. Unbelievable! The hotel didn’t say a word about it. Also, Beware of the sharp marble corners on the night stand table next to the bed. My daughter rolled off the bed and split her eyebrow open in the middle of the night.

Didn’t matter what you set the temperature to. It always produced 71 degrees. Avoid the elevators from 10 to 11 as they are all full and it appears that only 2 of 5 were operational during this time. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Sink uncleaned with dirt and hair, 1x elevator worked for a crowded weekend for 17 floors, no notes, no apologies, no anything. Awful doesn’t begin to cover it. Shower valve so loud it sounded like a generator. Could also hear it when room next door showered. Have stayed previously and loved it, this time was horrible. Restaurants very expensive and food terrible. Security could do better re: keeping drunken riff raff out of elevators; people not staying on site and bothering patrons to use their key cards to ride elevators.
