The water piping in the hotel made so much clanking clunking sound at night I had to put in earplugs to sleep. It was still making noise in the morning.

Clean room but we could not get kureg to work. They were supposed to refill pods but did not. Did self check in so never saw staff. Elevators took forever. We had to go up to get down to lobby, it's like it would not read our floor. Other than that everything was good. Beds were comfy and lots of room.

Old hotel with slow elevators and escalators always broken. Those two things wouldn't be so bad if there were stairs but those didn't make the cut in the final architectural design. The room was updated but now very clean. Smoking is allowed in the casino which was gross.
