Requested daily housekeeping, but daily bed making and that was even done poorly. Sink counter was left messy (items spilled were not cleaned up), room not vacuumed, counters not dusted, and bed made very poorly (bottom and top sheet not straightened and made correctly). Housekeeping also left other items in the hallway outside other guests rooms for extended period of time, e.g. pile of sheets, food/libation. Very disappointed in the housekeeping services.

The only complaint was the room was excellent and staff gave us a great one. But it was dirty. There was tape on the valances, the lamps were dusty, the bathroom floor was flirty and the faucet had toothpaste On it from last people and their was some weird Brown crusty stuff on the flush handle. Otherwise we really liked the room itself.

One night getaway with the Mrs. The check in kiosk took a minute to figure due to machine not being able to read my Drivers License. Finally checked into our room and television did not work. Luckily front desk was able to switch rooms for us. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, had dinner at El Jefe restaurant. And a quick coffee and a to go breakfast before leaving hotel. Overall gave a solid 3 1/2 stars for our one night stay.
