Be aware they charge extra resort fees even I paid full amount(room, tax and fees) to Expedia!!! The parking was like nightmare. Try to get sone bedding things, called the housekeeping, front desk no one bother to answer the phone, went to front desk, the guy wrote down the request. After 45 minutes, nothing! Finally I asked to talk to housekeeper manager. The things showed up after another 40 minutes! The room is not clean!!! found an empty plastic bottle on the floor next to the nightstand, it’s very obvious the floor was not vacuumed. The place is pretty rundown. We will never come to this place again!

Our first night I showered and the pipes made a very loud noise and at best I got Luke warm water in the winter. That lasted a good 15 minutes. The following day was normal with warm water and no loud noises from the pipes. There was a lot of homeless people around and saw a few indoors too.

There was as additional resort fee, which was never mentioned in Expedia, parking was a nightmare, little to no spots with a tight and crowded parking garage, check in took over 20 minutes. The room was clean and the choice of restaurants in the main floor was great.
