Stayed here for a convention . Beautiful , clean hotel . Very friendly staff . The food was really good . The convention space was very nice . If I ever went back to Reno I would definitely stay here . Oh , and , the roulette tables were very fun .

Crumbs and dirt behind the nightstand when I dropped something and had to retrieve it. Ride staff on check in, felt ignored. Thin walls with screaming infant that kept me awake second night of stay. Even cheap toilet paper in the bath! Dirty, smoky casino area…just gross. All told a great deterioration since I stayed there 3 years ago. Very disappointing, and certainly not cheap.
