They put me in the detached section of the hotel you have to walk outside. I would've never booked this and I blame people like Hotels.com as much as I do the Peppermill. The Peppermill said it was because I went through a third-party if they can't honor my reservation then they are just as guilty as you are I won't do that again. I will book with the hotels direct, but Peppermill isn't coming out all smelling like roses here either.

I could have stayed at any hotel there but chose peppermill because of reputation for quality and views from rooms. When I checked in I was told that the steam shower was broken with no chance of being fixed until end of weekend. I was assured that the room views would be decent but my room view was below the level of the hotels ac and heater units. Very disappointing for a luxury suite rating
