I had a good experience staying at the Atlantis Hotel & Casino in Reno. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay. The casino area was enjoyable and well-maintained, and the Toucan Charlie’s Buffet had a nice selection of food and desserts. However, they didn’t have lobster or crab legs during my visit, which was a little disappointing. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. clean rooms, good service, and a comfortable atmosphere. I’d definitely consider coming back the next time I’m in Reno.

The new remodeled rooms were awesome !!!! Staff was great right down to the room cleaning. Stay away from the Pizza at the Manhattan Grill......not even one star, the rest of the restaurants and bars were really good.

Hotel checkin and valet service great. The room was very nice. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful. The Purple Parrot and the Manhattan Deli very good. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Reno.

Our room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The hotel offered plenty of restaurants and a good little cafe. It was a bit odd that the room only had 1 bar of soap. My husband and I had to share it between the sinks and shower. Probably a staff oversight. No entertainment was offered if not gambling. Overall we had a restful evening and our family enjoyed the casino.
