I’ve been coming to Atlantis Spa Resort & Casino for almost 20 years and have stayed here hundreds of times for business. The facility is still nice, but the service has gone downhill. What once felt like 5-star personalized hospitality now feels like a cattle car approach where every response is corporate policy rather than genuine guest care. Most recently, we booked a $500 spa appointment for the morning of our checkout because the spa was fully booked more than a week in advance. I called several times beforehand to see if we could move it earlier or arrange a late checkout so we could actually enjoy the spa, but was repeatedly told I had to wait until checkout day to ask. When I called the morning of, the best they offered was a 30-minute late checkout, which didn’t help at all. Staff had already told me that since it was Sunday, hundreds of rooms would be vacating, so availability wasn’t the issue. It felt like management has shifted away from guest satisfaction and toward rigid corporate policies. I don’t blame the frontline employees, who were polite but clearly constrained. The problem is the direction from upper management. After two decades of loyalty and thousands of dollars spent here, including that extra $500 spa booking on my last day, I expected far better treatment and flexibility. Sadly, the Atlantis has lost much of what once made it stand out.

I would have rated this Hotel an Excellent if the Casino was nonsmoking or at least had a nonsmoking playing area. Otherwise, it was very convenient (5 minute drive to airport) and in a much safer area then the resorts downtown on Virginia St

I’m tired

Coffee maker over flows cups. We were sleeping great until there was a 2 am wake up call next door that was never answered. That went on for 15 minutes. There were another two more of those on the floor at 4 and 6. Turning off the wake up calls when people have checked out will help other people enjoy there stay
