The front desk lady seems wasn’t that happy for her position to work there. Literally no welcome or anything no little chit-chat while doing the check in or so she’s just look like AI or better yet the AI much better. Didn’t even explain the garage key or any activity like a voucher or something and that’s very unsettling. Somehow the hotel room was great!!!!

Rooms were run down with the paint peeling off the walls. The shower had a hole in the ceiling. We had no soap in the room when we arrived. The hot tub and game room were closed with no explanation. The whole bottom floor smelled like smoke.

Overall property was ok. Hard to find garage elevators. Check in was normal. Hot tub not working which was not great. Room wouldn't have been horrible if for all things adding up. Walls by light switches very dirty. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling. Rug shredded and base rug hanging off wall. Bunch of crude in corner by sink on floor. But the worst part is the mold in the shower. I did not notice it while i was sanitizing things as i always do. In morning when i went to get in shower is when i saw how much there was. After dressing went to front desk to complain. Said he would have someone come clean the shower so i was ok. The handle was almost falling off also. We asked for more towels also. Return at night to see NOTHING was done. Mainly mold still there. Called to front desk to ask them to come fix it. We were out of room when they came but they only fixed the handle. No cleaning, no towels. Asked for towels AGAIN. This is why I rated the staff lower. Shame on them for letting it get that way and for the front desk not following up on it. Doubt i would stay there again unless i knew it was recently remodeled.

Positive - room was nice and large, and (except as noted below), clean. It could use some updating (along with entire hotel). Negatives - found hairs on fitted sheet of bed. Left $10 tip for housecleaner, yet she did not replenish toilet paper (bathroom was entirely out), did not empty 1 of 2 trashcans (it was almost completely full), and did not leave new coffees.

The room was almost identical to the one we stayed in a couple of months ago. Bed was much softer than the first one. Heater/air unit blew gently all the time. I don't like air blowing in my face when attempting to sleep. Ate at Cafe Del Sol. Food was good after getting the order corrected. then got the bill for a different table. Got that corrected and after ringing up the charge it was $10 more than the original receipt. Breakfast turned out okay at the same place.

our room was very clean and spacious. all of the staff was great, front desk, valet, housekeeping and the waitresses in the casino. our stay was very pleasant. The location is extremely convenient to the ski resort.
