Booked a suite room category more than 2 months ago and when we checked in all those categories were being renovated. Hotel would not place us in another suite category unless we paid more. Was there mistake for not removing those rooms from booking, so they placed in a lower room category with 1970’s era furniture without refunding any money.

Came here with my bf for my birthday. Check-in took forever because they were having computer problems. I reserved a non-smoking room but apparently they didn’t have any so they gave a us bad smoking room that is literally right by the elevators so we can hear anyone who gets off and is being loud. On top of it I told the lady at the front desk I was here with my bf and she gave a room with 2 Queen beds!! Like what!? We couldn’t even sleep in the same bed (he’s 6 ft so trying to sleep comfortably is out of the question)! The room is by a nightclub or something so we basically have front row seats-and had to wait for it to be over to go to bed. Horrible 1st time experience staying here.
