I had travel trouble, including a flat tire. I called every 2 hours updating my arrival time. I arrived at 730 am after driving all night expecting to check in, pay, and sleep. They had given my room away. Charged me anyway. Made me wait for a room to be opened and cleaned. It was lesser valued room. Terrible service
