The staff were completely professional unfortunately, our room was dirty. There was food left over in the refrigerator. The shower had dirt in the grout. The showerhead was completely black. The top of the bed had dust all over it. There was a half open water that was left in the room and the carpet was not cleaned.

When I arrived (after 6 pm) I was told room was not ready by the kiosk machine. Then I asked for in person check in and they gave me different type of room (bed) and just flat out no room was not available for the type that I reserved. While I stayed in the room, I noticed that TV was changing the channels by itself. I did't think it was big deal and I change channel frequently any way. But when I was ready to check out I saw a bill for 5 movie rentals that I never watched. I had to sort it out at the front desk after waiting for 15 minutes in the line and 30+ minutes at the desk to be cleared... they tried to still charge me for 1 movie because it ran for 25 minutes.. I was finally able to get it off my bill... when it's all done, again no proper explanation nor apologies... I was told I need to contact front desk right away if it happens again and engineering team will sent to the room... at 11 pm? Over all descent hotel facility, but very rude customer staff experience...

My family really enjoyed the stay here. It was equipped with great food restaurants, bars, Pastries, activities for adults and teens. We bowled, threw axes, and ice skated. We loved the heated pool and then enjoyed relaxing at the fireplace by the hot tubs. On the weekend it was a bit busier and the parking was very far from the property. But I guess it depends a lot on the events that go on at the property. I definitely recommend to stay here.
