Everything was great, except the temperature in one room. It took 3 hours to raise temperature from 70 to 71 degrees and never was able to get it above 72. This was a problem for me.

They charge a Mandatory “Resort Fee” that is much higher than I have ever seen before. I was at the hotel to see a concert and slept overnight. Did not use any of the hotel amenities or park a car.

My watch got stolen by one of the valet employees. Left it in the center console after driving down 9.5 hours. The employees aren’t trust worthy. Just go to Vegas.

The property looked very clean and maintained. The air in the lobby was crisp and seemed smoke free. The individuals we used to check into our room were very helpful and friendly. The areas regarding our dining experience could have been improved in wait times and the quality of the foods. Very high in sodium! Rooms were very adequate in room and could have used replacement coffee from one day to the next.We spent several hours at the pool side and had the need to rent umbrellas in order to safeguard ourselves from sunburn and melanoma. I’m thinking you could try making up the fees by selling swimming supplies, floates, disposable sunglasses, disposable flip flops, disposable sunglasses etc in replacement of renting umbrellas. Just an opinion?
