An ok stay

The check in process was a little tricky as was finding our room and there were few staff available for help. Also our fridge was dirty. Also the queen size beds are not queen but more like full sized but comfortable.

Overall the stay was nice. It was very busy, a ton of people and parking was FULLLLL. A huge part of the front lot is closed to construction, so we usually ended up parking at the far end, Everything else was great except checkin. The mobile check in said 'room not ready' even tho it was 30 mins past check in. We waited and waited, and waited. Finally went to long check in line, and it had been ready. Mobile check in was NOT helpful, fast or accurate. wont use again.

Poor quality room.

The room was not as clean as it could have been. There was a fake nail near the lamp in between the beds, writing on the wall, broken hook on the bathroom door, the bathroom fan/light was missing the cover. For it being a higher end hotel, the room was poorly kept.

Great stay bed blankets were a bit stained and iron did not work in the room. Stayed in a non smoking room but literally smelt like it was the smoking area. Also there was a lot of cold air coming in from the window.
