This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in Lake Tahoe. We thought it would be okay, but it was incredibly dirty. We didn't realize it until nighttime. We called the front desk, but they never answered. Since we were so tired, we decided to just sleep. The next day, I went and complained that even the sheets were dirty and asked if they could change them within an hour because my baby was sleeping. They never came to change them. When we got back, we noticed that my son and I had bug bites all over our bodies, and it was definitely from the hotel. The room was filthy everywhere we looked. Don't waste your time booking at this hotel.

Our first visit to Tahoe was the best experience! The overall experience at Harrah’s Lake Tahoe was excellent!! Our room was outstanding! Valet & Bellman were awesome!! All the staff that we had contact with was great! Very clean room! We will definitely be returning!

The rooms were very clean, there’s activities to do around the hotel inside or Nextdoor to the other hotel such as arcade, club, and comedy. There’s a nice restaurant at the top floor expensive but something nice to experience. Staff was polite. I had a great time staying there.

Room was so spacious with a great look of Lake Tahoe. This hotel room had everything that one could need. My only exception were the thick heavy pillows. Linda, who checked us in at Registration was professional and friendly. She gave us extradornary customer service! Thanks!
