I requested the reception to clean my room, they said they can only provide 5 days of cleaning in 30 days. House keeping is very important for me. If I knew this, I would definitely go to a 3 stars hotel with reasonable price.

This is a really nice hotel and casino within walking distance of the whole town. The rooms were very specious with 2 full bathrooms. What I did not like was that I booked and paid for a king room through Expedia but when I arrived, the room was not available. In fact, I was told the hotel was sold out. After a while, the rep at the front desk was able to find me a room with two Queen beds. It was really spacious, but I don’t know how that’s possible to pay for a room that is not available.

Hotel and casino are old and in desperate need of updating. Thermostat did not work properly and we were cold all night. Floor in entry way and bathroom was extremely cold. Bathroom needed deep cleaning as the corners were dirty. Casino is very big and disorganized. It advertised a sports book on their website, but only had sports betting kiosks. Had to go to another casino to find a real sports book. We checked out a day early and will not consider staying there in the future,

The staff was very nice. I got charged more than I thought I would be, at time of checkout I didn’t go to the desk so I think that was my mistake to see a more itemized receipt. But I did love the fact that there were 2 bathrooms in the rooms, they do need updating but it was a nice stay overall.

The $25 per day parking fee was an unpleasant surprise. So for our 1 night stay we had to pay $50 plus a resort fee. In my opinion that should be clearly stated when making a reservation.
