We booked this hotel for the indoor pool. The pictures made it look lovely. Oh boy we're we wrong. The temperature of the water was freezing, not cold like an outdoor pool, Fing freezing. Not only that but they had the air on blasting so the room was freezing g too.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. Check in staff was not very friendly or informative. Didn't seem too enthusiastic to welcome us in. I still don't understand why a visit from housekeeping on our second day was not available and automatic. Why do I have to take my time to text back and forth with an electronic concierge to get a simple standard room cleaning? The room furniture is "tired". The best part of this hotel room was the window view, coffee maker, refrigerator, and working alarm clock. Will I stay here again? Not sure.
