1st room was dirty, they did not clean it. Found an open water bottle in the fridge and dust or could have been some other type of powder on the nightstand. They accommodated us and gave us another one when brought to the counters attention. The second room as well as the first room both had Furniture that was a scratched and worn out. The Hotel reflects its age. Pictures on Expedia are deceiving to the actual reality. Not impressed with the room. However to go and have some fun, gamble, watch a show or two, restaurants etc It is actually a great place to stay. Had lots of fun and everything is walking distance from there for us. Just don’t expect a spectacular room. Also make sure to read the fine print, expect to pay extra for resort fees, parking, and internet. That is not included in the advertised price, that was most likely in the fine print.

Although the decor in the room gave it a very 70s-80s vibe, it was very clean and spacious. The front desk and concierge were very helpful. Parking was expensive, but otherwise the price was very reasonable for the quality of the room. Would highly recommend!

The people next door held a party all night and were very loud. I called security right after midnight. They never came. They finally stopped about 2am. The room didn’t look clean especially the shower and the furniture needs to be replaced. Terrible. Not even close to being worth the outrageous $400. rate. When I complained and asked for manager, she wouldn’t even come out to talk or say they were sorry. Just told staff to give back the resort fee which is a total rip off anyway. Just charge what the rate is and stop tacking on additional fees. Would appreciate someone contacting me from the hotel management team.
