Not clean. Floors were pretty gross. No service (empty trash or towels) for 3 night stay. Staff was nice, but usually a little bit of a language barrier.

Harrah’s Lake Tahoe is a decent stay mainly because of the location. The premium rooms are spacious but a bit dated, though the two bathrooms were a nice and very useful surprise, and housekeeping only every three days is odd so you need to ask for towels and coffee. Food options are rough for vegetarians and DoorDash is the way to go, while the Starbucks inside is pricey at about $10 for a venti latte. Being right next to the Heavenly Gondola is the biggest plus, putting this at about a 3 to 4 star stay overall.

Quite disappointing. Drawers that wouldn't stay shut, no housekeeing for multiple day stay, no hot water in the shower one morning, no shows. Hopefully they'll up their upgrading and quit blaming COVID for today's service deficits.

Everything was perfect!!! The Spa Suite was amazing! We loved how spacious and comfortable the suite was and the spa tub was amazing. Highly recommend!!! The staff were awesome and location was perfect for walking everywhere!
