Our unit had a clogged sink in the bathroom. Which was leaking on the floor. With a call to the front desk they had someone promptly come and fix the issue. I'm a bit surprised this wasn't found by the cleaners ahead of time as it was clogged the first time I went to wash my hands... Staff was friendly, unit was otherwise fairly clean. We did find a kitchen knife above the coat rack which was odd, however after a good wash it made meal prep easier. Beds were comfy, double door main floor was convenient. Overall fair experience

We were wearing from the road on a multi day drive to Atlantic Canada and they upgraded us to a suite with a jacuzzi to help restore ourselves. A kind, human touch rather than just business. I will always stop in Drummondville now instead of trying to push on to Quebec City.

There was 3 attempted from people to enter our room during the middle of the night starting at 12am. Banging and shaking the doors. Someone also messed with our car/gas. Took us about 45 mins to check in as well.
