Its not new, biut very clean and good sfaff. Beds are comfy..

Booked By Mistake. BIG Mistake
Pros:Easy access to the highway.
Good water pressure in the shower
Cons:Overall appearance of the room.
We booked at Motel Blanchett through mistaken identity. Many years ago we stayed at a motel on the north side of the highway in Drummondville. Very nice, and reasonably priced. Naturally, when I searched, and the Blanchett name came up I assumed I had found the same motel. Who knew that there were two motels so very close to each other. Once we walked into the reception room, we knew we hadn't been there before. No problem. We had made reservations and weren't going to back out now. The lady at reception was very pleasant. We checked in quickly and she also advised that there was going to be some roof work done early in the morning and let us know where we should park in order for there to be no accidents. Much appreciated. Once in the room, it was quite outdated and appeared clean. However, it didn't "feel" clean. The lights were all dim, including the bathroom. Bedspreads, linen and towels all looked old and dingy. Not a great feeling. While my husband was unpacking, I decided to surf through the channels on the tv. Hmmmmm. WARNING...... if you have children, I suggest you don't let them surf unless you have some way of explaining what Graphic Porn is. Yup. Right there in full colour. Really people? I realize some enjoy this type of entertainment, but at least put a lock on the channel so that children don't come across it. We hooked up our laptop to the wifi. There were three accounts, neither of them very good. We constantly had to reconnect.
