"​Congratulations W Dubai Hotel , ​My wife, son, and I stayed at your hotel for 6 nights for a family vacation, occupying two separate rooms (2+1 people). After the first night, we opted for a paid upgrade and moved to even more beautiful (though slightly smaller) rooms. ​In one of our rooms (where my son stayed alone), housekeeping was done perfectly every day. For the other room (the one my wife and I shared), we intentionally kept the red "Do Not Disturb" light on and hung the "No, not yet" sign to decline cleaning service. Despite this, I received a few calls on the landline asking if we needed cleaning. A day before our departure, I received a WhatsApp message asking the same thing again. When I inquired why this was being asked so persistently—clarifying that it was our choice and the room could be cleaned after we checked out—the hotel representative was incredibly sincere and professional. To apologize for the persistence, theytreated our entire family to a complimentary breakfast. I would like to thank them for this kind, sensitive gesture and their genuine care for our comfort. ​Key Highlights of Our Stay: ​Cleanliness & Ambiance : The hotel is exceptionally clean and peaceful.
