Cottage 1 & 2 are each 2-bedroom, 2-bath homes that sleep six and are designed with a fun 50's theme, offering a fantastic vacation. We have flat, spacious land and a circular drive that will allow for hauling your boat/ATV trailer. We are extremely close to the Eagle Rock Marina (under 1 mi) and Roaring River (less than 10 mi). It's the perfect getaway that's also close to Eureka Springs and much more.
The space
Each Cottage: Upon your arrival, you'll be transported back in time by the vibrant colors, vintage furnishings, and charming decor that adorn every corner. The living room area provides a flat screen tv with complimentary wifi accessibility, a plush full size sofa bed, and an entertainment center to set the mood.
The fully equipped kitchen maintains the awesome theme with 50’s style appliances and “Pioneer Woman” accessories. You’ll enjoy whipping up (or warming up) delicious meals while visiting with family and friends as they sit at the retro-inspired kitchen table.
When ready for a restful night’s sleep, you will find both bedrooms capture the essence of the era while also displaying a modern TV to stream your favorite shows. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed with its own private bathroom and its own door to the back patio. In each bathroom, you will find modern fixtures with a charming shower, towels and toiletries provided for your comfort. This will create a delightful atmosphere as you freshen up for the day ahead.

Each Cottage: Outside, we have created a cozy backyard (and front yard) retreat. Gather around the fire pit on cool evenings, roast marshmallows, and share stories under the starlit sky. The crackling fire, and the strings of lights, will provide the perfect ambiance for relaxation and connection. For some friendly competition, we have included some out door games or bring your own. Engage in spirited matches with your friends and family, showcasing your skills and having a fantastic time together.

Each Cottage: Beyond the enchanting cottages, you'll find yourself perfectly situated within one mile from Table Rock Lake and its Eagle Rock Marina. Whether you have your own boat or you rent one you’ll love exploring the stunning Table Rock Lake at your leisure. No boat? No problem! You’ll find the perfect roped off swimming area less than a mile from your cottage at the Eagle Rock Corp of Engineers Campground. You'll love spending your days basking in the sun, swimming in the refreshing waters, or enjoying that boat ride. If you’re looking for something a little less wet, you will love exploring the nearby attractions such as Eureka Springs, known for its preserved 19th-century Victorian architecture and unique shops. Also, Roaring River State Park offers nature enthusiasts hiking trails, fishing opportunities, and captivating scenery. In summer season there's even an old fashion water slide at Bebee's Roaring River Water Slide (seasonal). So much to do within an easy few minutes from the cottages.
