"First I will say that the trip to Virginia beach alone was breathtaking!!!! The room I wound up getting was the icing on the cake. I guess I could of chose between 2 different floors that were available but the front desk gentleman suggested the room I stayed with. Perfect selection!!!!! As soon as I walked in the room it had a nice refreshing smell to it. I opened the curtain and balcony door and the ocean view was to die for! This was the best choice in hotel that I enjoyed. Gorgeous view! Steaming hot Jacuzzi! Excellent Customer service from everyone! Thanks to Alicia the housekeeper for the info! The only problem I had was the day before I was due to leave....a whole family took over the pool. I don't mind sharing a pool with anyone. The problem I had was they were blasting their music the whole 6 and 1/2 hrs they were down there. I live next to a audio place...I wanted to get away from the booming bass and just take in the ocean but they kinda ruined the pool experience. There was no relaxing that day. The hotel was great though and I plan on going back real soon. Great location and Great business."

"The staff is amazing and helpful BUT the property itself leaves a lot to be desired. Toilet did not flush easily, pillows were terrible, mattress needs to be replaced, restaurant noise below is disruptive and the pool is not heated in June and too cold to use. Again staff Is lovely and over all location is nice but that’s the only positive. Also note only one car parks free per room."

"The staff were very kind and helpful. We loved easy access to the beach and the fact that the parking garage is connected to the hotel rather than having to park across the street. Breakfast was also delicious. Thanks so much for making our stay wonderful!"

"Denied option to PAY for late check-out even though I asked 2 days in advance. If you check-in on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday be prepared to wait for a LONG TIME. Unloading at the curb is not an option. You will be hauling your luggage through the parking garage and waiting even longer to use the parking garage elevator. I understand that this is the beach but the parking garage elevator hasn't been cleaned in months and has a horrible stench."
