Staying during new years eve and was hoping to enjoy but after watching the ball drop got back to the room around 1am tired tipsy and ready for some rest.around 3am we were awaking to the fire alarm going off over the entire hotel telling us to evacuate cause someone pulled the fire alarm.after letting us back to the room from going down 18 flight of stairs we were beat.another thing was check out was at 1030 am which seemed alil early to me.so i asked for a late check out but was denied by the dude at front desk rudely. The last thing that was suck to me was the 200.00 deposit and a 28.00 Resort fee.doubt ill b staying here again.

Took an hour to check in due to staff shortage, place smelled like a cannabis dispensary. Plumbing leak at the kitchenette that soaked my wife’s bag. Very disappointed for my first time and probably last time staying in a Hilton Hotel. I’ve always been a fan of Holiday Inn and should have stuck with them but I thought I would give the Hilton a try.

Had problems from checking to check out room being wrong , and valet left vehicle running for 4 hours ran out of gas and been stationary in the room because I didn't have any transportation waited around the second day for a resolution that I didn't get to after 7 that night

The room was very clean. That was very nice. I loved all the amenities and even allow us to check out late property had so many things to do and there is a lot of shopping in restaurants nearby.
