When I arrived in my room and started to unpack and set up for the night I found there were no outlets anywhere near the beds. I use a CPAP machine and need power. I tried to call the front desk with the phone in the room multiple times but it instantly rang busy each time. I called with my cell to the number listed on the website and finally spoke with someone. I explained that I needed power for my CPAP and there were no outlets near the bed and asked if they had rooms with power or an extension cord. After speaking with the manager, the person helping said they had no rooms with power by the beds nor extension cords but recommended I try the grocery store across the street. If you look at the photos on their website, you see lamps and power outlets in between the beds but my room had two large squares empty openings in the wood with screw mounting holes at each corner in the exact location where they are in their photos. I would upload a picture if I knew how to show they obviously were removed. This also resulted in zero light in that part of the room so I had to use the flashlight on my phone to check behind myself before leaving as it was quite dark. Unacceptable and zero effort made to rectify the situation. I have stayed at this location a number of times before but will not ever again.

Very nice property a highlight of our trip. Booked through 3 party it was not mentioned you have to pay for parking.

The room was okay but the door to the balcony was severely broken. Both dead bolt and door latch unsecured broken from someone kicking the door in! Only way to lock door was a safety latch. Tiles in bathroom falling off wall. For a Marriott premium site it was what I would expect from a low budget hotel! No I would not stay again or recommend the property.

The view of the Chesapeake Bay and all the ships and other watercraft utilizing that body of water was incredible. The room itself was very spacious, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return when the opportunity arises.

The Front desk clerk Alicia was not friendly although she greats you but comes out very rude. During check in process, there was a gentleman ahead of myself and another family, apparently the gentleman reservation was not confirm, she had me and the other guest with his wife and a crying sick child just standing there while the first gentleman making a call to book a different hotel. She was just standing there looking at her computer. After 15 mns I ask her if we can get checked in, she said "Give me a minute, the same time she ask for my information. when I get upstairs I try to use the phone to call and placed an order, phone was not working so I used my cell, she said I had to come downstairs to do that. The next morning I check out, went to the Starbucks to place an order, I was completely ignored again for a whole 12 mns. until I just left. It seems the staff there are extremally rude, picking and choosing who they should be nice to or not ignore, I felt unwelcome. Never again.
