It was a good stay, a good value. The property lacked a restaurant and the free continental breakfast was fair BUT not enough seating to handle the crowds making it a sad situation. Overall pleasant.

We had an emergency hospital visit while staying at the hotel and the staff was professional and helpful. They worked with us on extending, and then cancelling when we were not sure how long we needed to be the area. While we missed the shuttle to Busch Gardens and the large buffet breakfast that used to be included when we stayed before (over ten years ago), I still found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the location convenient to everything in the area.

Hotel is located in a great location, close to the visitor center and very walkable to the historical area of Colonial Williamsburg. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Free breakfast is provided; however, there are not enough seats and tables for the number of guests. The food itself is quite decent. There are also pretty amazing amenities such as mini golf and table tennis. However, the table tennis is outdoors, making it unpleasant to play in the winter cold, and is not conducive to playing at night time due to poor lighting. Otherwise, a pretty decent stay at this property!

The property is well maintained and comfortable - maybe a bit out of date, but still in good shape. The lobby is comfortable and spacious. Service was friendly and helpful. The grounds are very pretty, secluded, and quiet. Our dogs found plenty of smells while walking around and it is large enough to steer clear of other dogs. There are plenty of onsite amenities, though it was winter so we did not use them. The one downside was the breakfast. The food was not flavorful and the selection was meager. On our last day, all the food ran out with another hour of breakfast to go.
