The Jefferson was great. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. It’s a beautiful old hotel but room was updated and well kept. The grounds and lobby are grand and you should stay here just to see them.

Our stay was great. I highly recommend the Jefferson Hotel in Richmond. They do everything right. The room was lovely, the service was exceptional, and the location was perfect. We will definitely visit again.

Beautiful and luxurious

Enjoyed our stay. Absolutely fell in love with the hotel room's bathroom. There was a tub, stand up shower, and toilet separated by a door. The bathroom mirror also had a built in tv so I got to enjoy bubble baths while watching tv every night! Worth every penny!!
