Very nice hotel. However, we didn’t get the service we are accustomed at a Westin property. The room was missing towels and when we called to request them, they told us we had to wait about 1 1/2 hours for the next person to come up!

The hotel was nice, but I expected better from a Westin. There were stains on the furniture and the carpet.
The staff was very nice.
The location was not great, I thought I was staying downtown which is close to 5 miles away.

Outside of richmond
Hotel was very nice, looked like it was only a few years old. Rooms and rest of the hotel were very clean. Very disappointed in the morning to find out that we had NO WATER!!!! No hot or cold water to bathe or even brush our teeth. We were not given an apology at checkout, they didn't even say anything about it until I asked about it. I understand that issues happen, but with this issue the staff was almost "pretending" like nothing was wrong!!! Will definitely think twice about staying at a Westin again...
