Cramped area around toilet. No bathroom fan, that I could see! Roof was leaking in the indoor pool area.

The staff were attentive and friendly. The facilities were clean and well kept. The only negitive is that they did not have complementary wifi. I would stay here again.

When we checked in to the hotel at 10:30pm we were first told that they would need to clean a room for us. Then we were told the only room available was a single queen room when we booked a 2 queen room. We had 2 adults, a 14 year old and 5 year old. They said they would bring a cot that both kids could sleep on. It was a single mattress….my 5 year old ended up sleeping on the chair in the room.

I tried to cancel thru Travelocity and they told me to go thru the Omni Hotel. I called the hotel and they told me to go thru Travelocity. To keep from losing my money, I went anyway. If I had known it would be a problem changing my mind on staying, I would have booked the hotel right from the hotel front desk. It wasn’t booked solid so I didn’t really need to use Travelocity.
