Excellent location and nice for 1 or 2. Apartment is dark and bathroom has a louvered door (limited privacy) and wobbly awkward throne toilet. The refrigerator never got cold even though the temperature was mild (under 70). Otherwise, kitchen was well equipped. The screen porch was nice and a hose and tub were available for rinsing sandy feet.

Nice place to stay if you’re a hobbit. Very clean. Definitely close to the beach, which is only 45-50 steps away. VERY small rooms with 6 1/2 foot ceilings throughout. Not for anyone even mildly claustrophobic or over 6 feet tall.

A piece of heaven

My husband and I had a wonderful stay last week in the apartment. It was perfect for a couples getaway. The beach was so close! Just up 5 steps and there you are! The beach was beautiful and quiet for a week in July. The hosts were great and very friendly. We plan on making this a yearly trip for us!

Cozy, Clean and well laid out

This rental was everything you would want or need to have a relaxing and pleasant week for a vacation at the beach. The Sander's are wonderful hosts and helped us have a week we will remember fondly. We texted a few times and received fast response. We want to thank the Sander's for all they did for us durning our stay. Edisto Beach Getaway

This small one bedroom on the beach is perfect for our annual getaway. Being on the beach is very convenient and nice for early morning and late evening walks on the beach. The accommodations are small and almost feels like being on a boat. The ceiling height is low, probably around six and a half feet, but makes for a cozy retreat. We have enjoyed it for two years in a row.

Unit was as described. Super easy and close beach access. Owners did offer use of their deck and a couple of chairs for us to use at the beach. The unit has all the essentials one would need. Beachfront Bliss!

This cozy apartment is very well equipped and just steps from the beach. The owners are very helpful and informative and graciously shared their upstairs deck where we watched many gorgeous sunrises. We enjoyed the charm of the old-fashioned beach cottage. Our stay couldn’t have been better!
