The woman at the front desk was very rude when I asked if there was some place that I could put my bags until our room was available. She said “where would you like me to put them”. At checkout, I let the same woman at the front desk know that our room was missing a remote control because i did not want to be charged. She said “ok I will let someone know”, we had no idea

The staff at the front desk were nice. The kitchen staff decided to quit filling the food an hour before end time. They said if they run out, it's gone. The couch in the 2 bedroom suite sunk in. We had to put the pillows on top underneath th the cushions
