Find serenity at this Rocky Mountain sanctuary located close to downtown Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park. This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation rental condo sleeps 6 adults max and has all the comforts of home. You'll love heading home to unwind at this peaceful condo in a serene, tree filled nighborhood. Although it’s close to downtown its best to still plan to drive to downtown as the road leading to town does not have a sidewalk for portions of it and it can be busy. Also to clarify- condo is CLOSE to downtown- not IN downtown.
You'll enjoy the tastefully appointed living space highlighted by BRAND NEW decor, comfortable NEW furnishings, and cozy fireplace. Watch your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV while lounging on the comfy sofas. You'll love unwinding from the day in this bright and breezy space that fosters a tranquil ambiance. And yes- we have AC! Many homes in Estes do not but you’ll be sure to enjoy cool nights with brand new central air.

Endless entertainment awaits in the downstairs 'Family Fun Room' complete with an array of games and a flat screen TV. Great place to enjoy family games and movie nights.

Cook from home in the fully equipped kitchen adorned with granite countertops and modern appliances. Snack at the 4 person breakfast bar or enjoy your meals at the dining room table for 6.

Step outside to your private patio where you can enjoy morning coffee or grill your favorites (electric grill).

When it's time to retire for the day, retreat to the well-appointed master bedroom on main floor housing a California king size bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, grab bars and granite countertops.

Peaceful slumber awaits in the remaining 2 bedrooms in the lower level with plush king size bed and two twins in the 3rd bedroom. Twin beds can be pushed to make a king upon request. Both bedrooms are close proximity to the full bathroom downstairs with shower and tub. Walk to the Big Thompson River- a true neighborhood gem less than 5 minute walk from the condo. At the river you can fish (with license), stroll to Coffee on the Rocks to enjoy a beverage and feed ducks by their pond or just enjoy a peaceful walk by the beautiful river. Note- condo is not on the river, it’s a very short walk to the river from the condo.
Laundry on main floor. Pack light, we provide the soap!
Condo sleeps 6 adults max. 2 children can be added to the 6 adults making 8 max but again, 6 adults max only. If two children were to join the 6 couches are available
Firm rules per the River West Condo Association: know before you book!!

The house is in a PERFECT location! A beautiful neighborhood close to all things downtown and the national park entrance. We saw deer and elk roaming the backyard area on multiple occasions. The house itself was great! We loved the second living room downstairs with the 2 bedrooms and the kitchen was fully stocked with all I needed to make our family meals. The house was clean and had everything you needed to walk in and start your vacation. Leah was so easy to work with from questions before booking to different request during our stay. We highly recommend this property and look forward to our next visit in Estes Park.

This property had most of what we needed for cooking, including a lot of spices! I was impressed that folks have left the basic herbs and spices behind for us to use. There was also olive oil & red wine vinegar- super helpful for cooking (as buying a whole thing of olive oil for two nights is ridiculous). There was a lack of tongs, but everything else, including a pizza cutter, was there. I appreciated the amount of plates, glasses, etc. available to us.The rooms were clean, towels and pillows were in great supply. We only stayed for two nights, but this place is so comfortable I could see myself going back and staying for many more nights. As this condo is close to the national park, it's a perfect jumping off points for lots of activities. The property manager (owner?) was very communicative via text just before I arrived and during my stay. I was appreciative of that. In general, this VRBO provides incredible value for a family stay!

The location was perfect - walk to the river for some quiet time at the benches or on to the coffee shop - walk to town was easy but on shoulder of road for a short distance - drive to town was 5 minutes - drive to RMNP entrance was 5 minutes - biking up Trail Ridge Road was great due to respectful traffic. The condo is everything it was advertised to be! It was exceptionally clean and has a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals from home. The open layout is perfect for preparing food while still part of the group lounging on the comfortable furnishings. Deck is great for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. Elk seem to arrive every other day right outside the door! Sounds silly, but the bath towels are wonderful. Super easy access with keypad lock and garage door opener. We love the place and will do again when back in Estes Park!

Wonderful. Can't say enough about this condo and the host. Leah if first class professional. Timely communications that is right on. This is our third year at this property and we have gone through wild fires and strikes at the Safeway. Leah alerted us right away and provided solutions if needed. Condo is comfortable and excellently equipped so we all felt right at home. We will be booking 3 more weeks for next year.

Perfection!!

All I can say is WOW!! First, Leah was super nice, she helped us a lot with all of our questions about RMNP and was very responsive. This home is immaculate! We travel a lot and stayed at so many places, this home is definitely at the top! AC is huge plus because it’s been so hot in Estes Park! Home is extremely clean, never seen cleaner home! It’s super cozy, well organized, ton of towels, everything you need in the kitchen, beds super comfortable. Felt like home!! I cannot wait to come back! Perfect Estes Park Family

The home was beautiful, incredibly comfortable, and very clean! There was plenty of space for my family to spread out. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding felt luxurious. I really appreciated the small touch of having access to plastic plates, bowls, and cups for my kids. I always worry that my children will break dishes and glasses in other VRBOs. The location was super! We could be at the grocery store in two minutes, downtown Estes Park in four minutes, and the RMNP entrance quickly too! The neighborhood felt safe too. The small touches of shampoo and conditioner available in the showers, ziploc bags in the kitchen, etc were very appreciated. We would stay here again!

Perfect place for my family with older kids to feel comfy and everyone to have their own space. Pictures don't do it justice..it is truly gorgeous and so clean. Views are great and neighborhood is so quiet. Short distance to all attractions and downtown shops/restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Quick Trip to RMNP

We decided to do a last minute trip to Estes Park with our 3 kids ages 4-11. The location was ideal - in between Estes and RMNP and close to restaurants and Coffee on the Rocks. The property was beautiful and we had everything we needed to relax and have meals after a few hours of hiking and rock climbing. The property manager was accommodating and responsive. We’re thankful we got to stay here for our little getaway!

Perfect getaway

Booked the house last minute for the short after Christmas getaway. Pictures don’t do justice to this beautiful modern home with all of the amenities you would need for your stay. It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, between the downtown Estes and the Beaver Meadows RMNP entrance. Plenty of room to relax and hang out together, or just find your quiet spot. Leah was great to work with and was very accommodating! Thank you for hosting us!

Awesome!!

The house was sooo clean and I am really picky when it comes to cleanliness. The linens and towels were top notch and the beds so comfortable. There was extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap
everything you could need! No need to go buy more. The fireplace was cozy and they had tons of board games. You could walk to the river. Rocky Mountain National Park is only 2 miles away and the downtown was a really quick drive. The owner was extremely responsive and you can tell they really care about making the house comfortable. Don’t hesitate and book now! We will definitely be back!!

Enjoyable Getaway

This was our first Vrbo booking and we were very pleased with our experience at this property! Host was super responsive before, during and after our stay. Property was just as advertised and very clean and orderly. Decor was so appropriate for the area and created a relaxing oasis after our days exploring the natural beauties within a convenient distance of the condo. Awesome spot is Estes!

The home was beautiful, super clean, well organized, and in the perfect spot in Estes Park. The home is close to all of what Estes has to offer, a short jaunt to big Thompson River, a lovely walk along the river to Coffee on the rocks, and super close to Rocky Mountain national Park! It was perfect for our party of six that included my mother and our teenage children. Everyone had a great time and we will definitely stay with this host again. Super communication, Awesome and helpful tips, and overall a spectacular host and a lovely home! 5 stars!
